What You’ll Build

Core backend systems in Python (FastAPI preferred)

LLM-powered features using strong prompt engineering and agentic design

Agent workflows (planning, tool calling, memory, retries, eval loops)

Scalable APIs and data pipelines that power real customer use cases

What You’ll Do

Own backend architecture end-to-end — design, build, ship, operate

Lead technical decisions and set backend best practices

Work closely with product/founders to turn fuzzy ideas into shipped features

Review code, mentor engineers, and raise the engineering bar

Move fast without breaking things that matter

What We’re Looking For

6–9+ years of backend experience with Python

Strong hands-on prompt engineering experience (must-have)

Solid understanding of agentic systems and LLM orchestration

Experience building production systems, not just POCs

Startup mindset: ownership, speed, pragmatism

Nice to Have

Experience with FastAPI, async systems, microservices

Exposure to vector DBs, RAG, eval frameworks

Cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD

Previous early-stage startup experience
