Job Description
  • 10 to 12 years in digital marketing with exposure to SEM, SEO, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of AI-first search evolution, including GEO, AEO, and conversational search.
  • Experience in digital marketing for an IT services or technology consulting company is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in organic traffic growth, search rankings, and paid media efficiency and lead quality.
  • Demonstrated automation-first mindset, continuously improving SEO, SEM, and reporting workflows through AI-driven tools and automated systems.
  • Proficiency in major SEO tools and strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Search Console; familiarity with paid social platforms and their automation capabilities is expected.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools / LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for insights, analysis, reporting, or creative ideation is a strong plus.
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot or SFMC is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
