Job Description
10 to 12 years in digital marketing with exposure to SEM, SEO, and social media.
Strong understanding of AI-first search evolution, including GEO, AEO, and conversational search.
Experience in digital marketing for an IT services or technology consulting company is preferred.
Proven track record of driving measurable results in organic traffic growth, search rankings, and paid media efficiency and lead quality.
Demonstrated automation-first mindset, continuously improving SEO, SEM, and reporting workflows through AI-driven tools and automated systems.
Proficiency in major SEO tools and strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Search Console; familiarity with paid social platforms and their automation capabilities is expected.
Experience leveraging AI tools / LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for insights, analysis, reporting, or creative ideation is a strong plus.
Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot or SFMC is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
