Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong, end-to-end platform expertise and hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical skill with the ability to translate complex business and legal requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. You will play a key role in shaping legal service transformation while contributing broadly across the ServiceNow ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) solutions, including legal intake, matter management workflows, and related service delivery processes.

• Partner with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and build secure, efficient, and compliant solutions.

• Deliver high-quality development and architecture across the wider ServiceNow platform, applying best practices in scripting, automation, and integration.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring consistent standards and governance across all ServiceNow workstreams.

• Support integrations between ServiceNow and legal operations tools, document repositories, and enterprise systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging platform capabilities to streamline and enhance service delivery.

• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap updates, particularly advancements within the LSD product line.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD), including configurations of legal intake, matter management, and legal service workflows.

• Strong, well-rounded ServiceNow platform expertise across configuration, scripting, automation, and integration.

• Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise governance standards.

• Experience collaborating with legal operations or supporting legal service transformation initiatives is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer, with exposure to IntegrationHub considered beneficial.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and their application across both IT and non-IT service domains.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
