Key Skills & Experience Required

Strong Data Engineering background with Change Data Capture (CDC) focus

Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate or similar CDC tools

Expertise in performance tuning, data pipelines, and large-scale data systems

Exposure to networks, infrastructure, and end-to-end data architecture

Must have Experience in on-prem to cloud migration (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Strong understanding of data reliability, latency, and scalability

Financial Services / Banking domain experience preferred

Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers
