Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the automation suite, ensuring high-quality product delivery through continuous testing, debugging, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a strong focus on API and web automation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge in Automation, Functional & API testing.

• Experience in Automation using Selenium & Java.

• Solid understanding of BDD framework (Cucumber)

• Experience in appium for mobile web browser (Responsive application testing)

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API testing with Postman and RestAssured.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)

• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with database testing (SQL, NoSQL)

• Use JIRA for defect tracking, test management, and sprint planning.

• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to report, track, and manage bugs.

• Knowledge in Test strategy & planning

• Good knowledge in functional testing and test process life cycle.

• Experience in e-commerce application testing.

• Good to have knowledge in End to End, Integration testing.
