Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong object-oriented programming skills, and the ability to lead complex integrations and customizations while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Implement and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics, including creating and managing Recipes, SAQL queries, Lenses, and Datasets.

Develop and customise Experience Cloud sites for enhanced customer and partner engagement.

Build and consume Web Services (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming APIs) for seamless data integration.

Manage inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems and tools, ensuring secure and efficient data synchronization.

Apply Salesforce best practices in coding, configuration, and deployment.

Write robust test classes, triggers, batch classes, future methods, and other advanced Apex functionalities.

Configure Process Automation, Security settings, Data Models, and create Reports and Dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Framework (LWC).

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Recipes, SAQL, Lenses, Datasets).

Proficiency in Experience Cloud development and customisation.

Solid experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming).

Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party tools.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.

Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data modeling, and Reporting/Dashboards.

Ability to work effectively in Agile project environments.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good to Have:

Understanding of Net Zero Cloud.

Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer certifications.
